- Implementing sales and marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results - Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and value for existing and new products - Build and remain good relationship with clients Purchasing, R&D, Marketing, QC & SCM conduct market analysis and reporting about competitors¡¯ information - Regular customer price and contract negotiations in alignment according to company rules and strategy - New customer development in alignment with the company strategy - Technical sales project management from concept to start of production - Support for regional sales budget and forecast planning

- Majored in mechanical, or relevant engineering is preferred - Fresh graduates (Entry level) with the engineering background and potential business ethics can be considered - Demonstrable experience within the electrical equipment industry or on similar position for over 2 years would be a plus - Experience with connectors and electrical equipment would be preferred |
