Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and value for existing and new products


Build and remain good relationship with clients Purchasing, R&D, Marketing, QC & SCM conduct market analysis and reporting about competitors¡¯ information


Regular customer price and contract negotiations in alignment according to company rules and strategy


New customer development in alignment with the company strategy


Technical sales project management from concept to start of production


Support for regional sales budget and forecast planning



Majored in mechanical, or relevant engineering is preferred


- Fresh graduates (Entry level) with the engineering background and potential business ethics can be considered 


Demonstrable experience within the electrical equipment industry or on similar position for over 2 years would be a plus


Experience with connectors and electrical equipment would be preferred
