Position : Channel Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  Responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding Channel-Led Business opportunities with Distributors and Resellers.

  To enable Resellers and distributors, accomplish onboard training, mentoring, and co-develop businesses with resellers in the assigned territory.

  Manage proper contracts/agreements, managing channel conflicts through project registration, and fostering relationships between resellers and our distributor.

  Manage, Monitor, and develop Channel Promotion, Pricing, Stock Control, and channel program.

  Duties of a channel account manager shall include tier 2 cities market research, build up a program with our distributor to improve reseller business, as well as continuous new resellers recruitment.

  Duties of a channel account manager shall include ¡°Flow Business Development¡± thru Digital or traditional resellers or Tier 2 Cities.

 

Requirements:

  Bachelor`s degree or equivalent

  Experience in e-commerce will be an advantage.

  Prior Minimum 3-year experience as account manager / channel account manager in IT distribution company or Vendors with nationwide business coverage is advantageous.

  Excellent relationship building and convincing skills are essential.
