Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in online video, digital marketing, data driven marketing, and marketing/media performance reports and metrics.
  • Ability to speak and write in Korean and English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in major brands with advanced level of experience in brand or performance marketing, competitive landscape, local market and other media.
  • Experience in digital marketing sales or product go-to-market strategy.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with YouTube’s ad and measurement solutions.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders and work independently with global and regional stakeholders.
  • Established relationships within the advertising industry and relevant industry verticals.

As a Video Specialist, you will be the product expert on all things video both external and internal. This is a client facing role that will require solid relationship management, project planning, and technical solution expertise. You will help large advertisers achieve their objectives and grow their business through your excellence in solution planning and designing right media strategies for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive ads business growth for our video business by proactively engaging with cross-functional teams and serving as product sales expert.
  • Partner with industry pods across Large Customer Sales (LCS) to develop and execute our sales strategy by creating pitch narratives, identifying lead lists, delivering training, creating cases, and sharing best practices.
  • Build solid relationships with all key stakeholders at the customers and agencies to be seen as trusted advisors, and challenge their media mix based on product expertise and strategic planning.
  • Work closely with the Global/Regional Go-to-Market team to influence ads product roadmap by providing extensive feedback from the market.
  • Own one center of expertise for the team (i.e., display and video solutions, branding campaigns, full funnel measurement, media ROI, attribution, privacy) by defining strategy, solutions, success metrics, and set country/customer prioritization.
