-Understanding the national sports & culture landscape (sports, e-sports, music, and dance scene), ideally already maintaining a strong network in sports scene. -Able to build strategic business plan with clear goals. -Strong marketing understanding and analytical skills. -An understanding of sports-performance, specialist knowledge and experience. -At least 8-10 years of previous work experience in sports industry, sport, events or marketing agency, sport institution or federation, or as a journalist. -Ability to design and organize events and projects of all scales -Able to pursue a global company vision: management of strategic, marketing, communication, logistic, finance, legal and sales-oriented challenges. -Ability to manage athletes, artists, dancers, influencers based on performance, marketing and communication facts. -Open-minded, growth mindset, self-conscious, capable of working in a team quality. (Desirable) -Has a strong interest in Esports or has experience in Esports industry -Has a strong interest in music & dance or has experience in Culture industry -Creative, innovative, sporty, culture-savvy, motivated, leadership quality. -MS skills. (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) |
