IT Officer(사원~대리급)

[담당업무]

- Provides high level of problem solving abilities to identify production problems, troubleshoot, and determine root cause analysis. Identifies scope changes and the potential impact to other systems. Implements measures to minimize routine issues. Produces/prepares reports. Plays a key role in the incident management process.
- Performs trend analysis and problem review; makes recommendations for improvement and/or prevention. Predicts issues and challenges in functional areas. Troubleshoots and validates complex maintenance issues to provide resolution.
- Leads or coordinates migration, testing, implementation and configuration of complex business systems. Analyzes complex testing problems and evaluates,Leads or coordinates migration, testing, implementation and configuration of complex business systems. Analyzes complex testing problems and evaluates, recommends and modifies existing technology in response to business requirements or systems configurations. Reports status and findings to support business data analysis and troubleshooting efforts.
- Plays a key role in the requirements gathering and analysis process. Responsible for recommending alternative solutions and risk assessment of those solutions. Ensures that documentation is created and maintained.
- Monitors and analyzes complex systems to help identify and address high-level confidentiality, integrity, availability and performance issues. Implements measures to minimize routine issues
- Participates in projects, as required.
- Collaborate with other IT groups and business partners, as required. Will interact with external vendors.

[자격요건]

- Several years experience with relevant technology.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent job related experience
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Strong English Language
- Strong Korean Language
- Business travel (mostly Asia, possibly USA)
- Work independently
- Process Oriented
- Project Coordination
- Technical proficiency with Cisco and Microsoft
- Hands on Field Service install experience
- Ability to teach technical concepts / translate documentation
- Flexible Schedule (almost 7X24, conference calls with US occassionally)
- Customer Service Oriented
