¢Ã Position: Consumer Market Intelligence Manager


¢Ã Responsibilities
- Lead commercial strategy through the provision of market insights to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories.
- Work closely with the multi-functional partners to develop winning strategies, communication, and marketing plans
- Develop fundamental consumer, shopper and market insights for the business. Translate consumer expertise to enable customer team leaders and help brands.
- Learn and develop mastery in research techniques and analysis approaches. Identify growth opportunities on the business, or potential issues in existing business and recommend specific plans.
- Leveraging on insights, support the business by creating fluid intelligence processes that we operate with state-of-the-art tools. Translate insights and innovation into actionable plans for Sales to execute per channel.
- Identify innovation opportunities to drive growth for Korea. Bring these projects to fruition in a timely cost-effective manner using outstanding cross functional team leading skills.


¢Ã Requirements
- Functional expertise: 7-13 years of related FMCG, commercial, and industry experience.
- Significant consumer research and analytic experience required
- Beverage Alcohol, Fashion, and/or other CPG experience preferred
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
