▣ Position: Associate Sales Director

▣ Responsibilities
- lead the set-up of a new B2B e-commerce platform from the business side and drive sell-in to our customers (wholesalers), working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
- leader in the digital sales organization and to shape the digital transformation agenda
- Lead digital transformation in form of setting up new B2B business platforms.
- Coordinate with local and global stakeholders to make sure that all business requirements are reflected properly.
- Benchmark zone/global best practices and customize to meet local requirements.
- Lead change management within the sales organization to develop digital mindsets via continuous training and communication sessions
- Manage team of 3 people
- Own implementation metrics and key performance indicators. Collaborate with the digital technology team for sprint reviews and retrospectives

▣ Requirements
- +12 years of relevant experience
- Digital, E-commerce B2B /B2C experience preferred
- Comfort communicating with both Technical and Business Stakeholders
- Understanding of IT Product Cycle development.
- Change management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for both English and Korean
