바이탈에어코리아는 만성 호흡기 질환 환자분들께 안전하고 효율적인 재택 관리가 가능하도록 높은 수준의 서비스를 제공합니다.
홈 헬스케어 주요 사업으로 가정용 인공호흡기, 가정산소치료 서비스, 수면무호흡 양압치료 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다.
1. Identify Priliminary Risk and appropriate intervention
Identified risk for the installation and operation of oxygen concentrators and have to record PRI every 2 years and the change of
patient's circumstance.
- Educate customer on proper management of identified risks for safe operation and share information with co-workers.
2. LTOT patients management
- LTOT patient regular visit for maintenance work
- POC Home titration & Guide proper LTOT therapy
- Provide information for VAK LTOT service
- Performed instruction training for safe usage of oxygen concentrator in home.
- Organize associated all documents every work flow
- Get a prescription and informed to patient for prescrition update issue.
- Check the device function : Oxyge purity and noisy level.
- Monitor patient condition with LTOT therapy. (SpO2 check)
- Provide consumable goods
- Review the VAK LTOT patient care chart.
- Get a signature of patient or caregiver on the medical expense request sheet
3. ERP update
- Order confirmation for Installation, Return/withdrawal, replacement and Internal transfer.
- Create a visit confirmation sheet every visit
4. Asset management
- Updates the result of Physical inspection at the end of every month.
5. ETC
- outstanding payment manage
- Product selling : Pulse oximetry, Nebulizer
- Support LTOT Sales : Intorduce POC prodcut & Increase awareness for LTOT therapy to exist LTOT patients
- Call duty for weekend & holiday
