Job Description

As part of the software sales team, participate in the sales process to facilitate sales of software. Engage with customers and prospects to gather high level customer business and technical requirements, understand existing information technology infrastructure and determine customer business needs as part of the sales effort. Utilizing advanced knowledge of customer business needs, engineering and manufacturing processes, industry best practices and competitive differentiation, support product and solution positioning by preparing and delivering demonstrations of the technical capabilities of the proposed solutions to customers using customized and standard material. Speak with authority and be a trusted advisor on our customer's business issues, and how SISW can improve their business. Referring to others for information where necessary, select appropriate suites of technology, and develop proposals for customer process improvements which ensure the interoperability and effectiveness of the overall solution within the context of the customer's business. Works on complex issues/projects. Typically works with no supervision and may determine methods and procedures on assignments/projects.


Responsibility:

1.Solution Consulting:

-Skills/skill acquisition and training Siemens Capital Solution

-Identify customer design and data management function/technical requirements through customer meeting

-In collaboration with Global Experts, preparation of materials / demos and presentations tailored to customer's technical needs

-Collaborating with Sales and other departments to propose a Capital Solution that meets customer needs

-As part of the sales process, PoC or BMT proposal/execution/presentation of the proposed solution

-Supporting SISW full solution proposal work to improve customer business processes

2. Engagement:

-Strive to improve relationships with key customers

-Build relationships with other Presales team members

-Actively carry out PreSales activities for the product in charge

-In addition to Capital Solution, lead activities to gradually expand the solution coverage of SIEMENS Industry Software

3. Knowledge Sharing:

-Establishment of domestic and foreign knowledge networks

-Performing the role of Capital Solution Expert in charge

4. General:

-Always uphold and enforce Siemens' compliance guidelines

-Adhering to and facilitating all customer and internal core processes to effectively perform their roles


Qualification:

-Graduated from an engineering-related 4-year university

-Wiring harness design/manufacturing and consulting experience for more than 3 years

-Document writing and proposal writing skills required

-Presentation skills, customer-facing skills


Preferred Qualification:

-Priority in field design experience such as automobile/aviation/various equipment using capital

-Electrical CAD design experience such as Engineering Base, E3 preferred

-Java programmability preferred

-Proficient in English
