TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

- Work location - Philip Morris Korea, 67, Sanmakgongdannam 12-gil, Yangsan-si, Gyeongsangnam-do
YOUR ¡®DAY TO DAY¡¯
- Analyze report, compare and communicate the DIM audit findings, with respect to product specifications and suppliers incoming inspection results to relevant people.
- Decide on the - release/hold/conditionally accept – status of the inspected DIMs prior to use in Primary and/or Secondary production.
- In case of DIM deficiencies, prepare non-conforming DIM report and send to suppliers and request feedback.
- Develop and recommend improvement actions internally and externally (with suppliers).
- Evaluate the non-conforming products detected at production (Primary & Secondary) level.
- Organize and perform trials to evaluate the condition of the DIMs with Primary/Secondary peers.
- Support, follow up and perform, quality relevant tests, audits and trials driven as per departmental, regional or PMI initiatives effectively.
- Prepare the necessary reports timely to relevant people.
- Assist in getting approvals for the new / modified DIMs both on affiliate and regional level.
- Monitor BUBD of DIMs according to PMI methods and perform necessary trials and transactions within the system.
- Initiate and support DIM relevant productivity initiatives in order to foster cost effective operation by minimizing LOGD.
- Ensure that EHS&S is integrated into all activities and adherence to EHS Policy & Procedures as well as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 compliance is strictly maintained.
- Participate and support all EHS&S relevant initiatives within the Operations.
WHO WE¡¯RE LOOKING FOR
- 1 - 2 year experience in quality assurance, operations or laboratory is preferred.
- Knowledge on printing technologies is an asset.
- QA Systems know how (Genesis, SQA, SAP)
- Intermediate level in written and spoken English
- Basic Statistics Report Writing Communication skills, Presentation skills MS Office tools
- Must not be color blind
