1) Responsible for employee recruitment and selection:
- Sourcing and defining candidate profiles. Organizes and conducts interviews
  with all levels of candidates, including management and technical

- Maintains relationships with external search companies and job portals

- Prepares reports process (SuccessFactors and so on) on candidates

- Handles related assignments and provides an orientation to newcomers

2) L&D (Learning and Development)

- Organize training schedule
- Manage activities related to the training and development of employees
  including tuition payment
- Development of an in-house training program and running it
- Lead a company events 
- Manage English tuition monthly for employees


[Competencies]

- Able to English speaking to communicate with corporate in APO

- Experienced in recruiting (Necessary)
- Employee development experience is preferred

- Experience in a multi-nation company is preferred

- Proactively communicate and well-collaborated with others
