Lead or support employee benefit initiatives -Manage overall payroll process with a payroll vendor and work on salary adjustment process, salary forecasting, etc. -Manage HR system (Peoplesoft) and HR data accordingly -Manage overall annual leave, attendance, and the flexible working system -Manage various HR programs, initiatives, and projects through effective partnerships with diverse teams and communicate properly and timely with employees -Implement processes that align with business strategies -Contribute to a corporate culture that encourages entrepreneurial spirit in others -Support HR Director with additional reactive and proactive projects, as requested |
