▣ Position: HR Manager


▣ Responsibilities
- Proactively engage in all the recruiting processes.
- Managing interview, recruiting and onboarding processes to ensure candidates and employees are effectively integrated and engaged.
- Lead and support specialty function responsibilities and projects.
- Plan and implement global/local training and manage internal leaning system.
- Implement processes which align with business stategies.
- Train and coach HR team members
- Support HR Director withadditional reactive and proactive projects as requested.


▣ Requirements
- At least 6-7 years progressive experience in human resources.
- Both Korean and English proficiency requirred.
- Ability to effectively lead training and presentations.
- Familiarilty with applicable employment laws.
- Proficiency in MS word, Excel. and PowerPoint.
