As the Recruitment Lead, you will be reporting to the Regional Recruitment and dotted to Country HR Head, this role manages the end-to-end recruitment process for hiring top talents into the business for all levels (all internal/external). You will also be part of the social media/employer branding strategy as well, building university relations. Are you ready for the challenge?
Key Responsibilities
Manages and implements Recruitment processes: developing and implementing a recruitment strategy, opening attraction channels, facilitating assessment centres as well as elements of the offer management/onboarding process
Identify and clarify the hiring needs, including diversity requirements, and establish how Recruitment Services can support and meet those needs. Remains up-to-date on the latest recruitment technologies
Develops diverse sourcing strategies to identify and attract competitive talent to GSK as well as pipelining candidates for future positions
Promotes equal opportunity employment by analyzing results of outreach efforts and modifying recruitment efforts based on those results
Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers, especially on communication on the hiring process to line managers including compliance and internal monitoring requirements related to recruitment
Efficiently drive the overall cost to source through the recognition of market characteristics and variables when developing sourcing strategies
Influence senior members of the Businesses to differentiate openings and use cost-effective sources when appropriate
Lead and involve proactiveness in employer branding strategy
Deliver to specified standards of candidate care, and support the GSK branding and image
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
8+years of recruitment experience, ideally with both agency and in-house recruitment exposure. Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry experience is desirable
Bachelor's degree, Human Resources or Business related degree is an advantage
Familiar with the end-to-end in-house recruitment process
Learning agility, flexible thinking and resilience, leadership/influence skills, confidence, and communication are key to being successful in this role
Ability to manage diverse work scope and experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders
Adequate knowledge of Korea¡¯s legislation and experience working in large MNCs; experience working with cross-functional and regional teams
Diversity Recruitment and Direct Sourcing experience desirable
