The mission is to support developing Best in class Supply Chain/Logistics within Semiconductor division.

Key performance indicators associated with the role include i) improved CSL (both internally & externally), ii) reduction of distribution spend, iii) reduction of inventory as %age of COGS

Main Responsibilities

• To lead various logistics projects initiative across PCs/CCs/DCs globally and cross business divisions. 
• Continually challenge Supply chain and Logistics processes to further enhance operational efficiencies and drive cost reduction.
• To identify future improvement opportunities & plan/implement process improvement initiatives in AVI Global Supply Chains.
• To review 3 main logistics KPIs(Inventory, Freight, CSL) and work with Stakeholders in PCs/CCs/DCs to align the target setting and drive action plans.
• To implement and improve the principles and processes for Best Practice management of supply chain/Logistics across the AVI admin Product Companies, and CCs/DCs.
• To support AVI Logistics Manager for delivering AVI Logistics Mission & Vision, and Logistics Council driven projects.

Education level
o Education to degree level.

Relevant Previous experience
o Operations, Planning, Logistics and Supply chain knowledge and experience in Global manufacturing company is preferred
o Proven ability to deliver project objectives on time and to budget

Knowledge areas/Skills 
o Strong Interaction & Communication skill
o In depth understanding of the Supply Chain processes and Logistics
o ERP / Advanced Planning tool users are preferred (ex. SAP, APO, IBP, Kinanxis etc) 

o High level of analytical skills, advanced user of MS Suites including PowerBI

o Proven project leading skills 

Other requirements 
o Highly motivated and strong at Self management

o Excellent time management skills 
o Self starter, self motivator and resourceful, able to take the initiative to resolve issues and to share that initiative with others; able to work in a team and as an individual
o Fluent in both written and verbal English.
o Expectation to travel abroad minimum 3-4 times a year

o Flexibility in working hours (occasional early morning/ evening calls)
