ROLE SUMMARY:
The MAS are responsible for OnePfizer early development including Ph I/II clinical trials and external scientific collaboration.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The MAS engage with the investigators of development phase (including early phase I/II) clinical trials and closely collaborate with BU medical, RA, GSSO and other internal stakeholders including above country colleagues.
The MAS are the point of contact for external partners who are interested in scientific collaboration with Pfizer.
Proactively strive, in collaboration with BU medical, GSSO and RA to secure early phase clinical trials including but not limited to phase I clinical study in Korea.
Show the scientific expert and lead medical to medical communications with investigators of early development. (Phase I study )
Share DFOs and insights from the investigators to relevant internal stakeholders, such as BU medical, GSSO and RA.
Search and evaluate potential external collaboration with academia, Bio-Venture and government to help deliver value to Pfizer and our customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Medical Doctor/Academic degree in relevant science area, with strong scientific skills and/or clinical experience
A minimum of two years' experience in a scientific and technical capacity interacting with academics, researchers, or the medical profession
Strong communication and presentations skills and ability to deliver scientific and strategic messages
Pharmaceutical Industry experience
Good working knowledge of relevant industry codes of conduct/practice (desirable)
Strong analytical, interpersonal and partnering skills
Ability to understand and influence in a highly matrixed environment
Demonstrated strategic business planning abilities and superior customer management skills
Integrity – driven decision making/high ethical standard. Demonstrated ability to act with integrity in a highly complex business environment based on good understanding of MAPP, Blue Book and other relevant Pfizer policies and SOPs.
