JOB SUMMARY
Improve our sell-out in line with Brand/ Department channel strategy by managing and developing Beauty
Adviser mainly at POS on brand, product, service and retail competencies. Fostering POS efficiency in collaboration with sell-out management teams. 70% time minimum on the field.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Contributes to sell out & retail efficiency
-To develop the business within the responsible region to achieve retail targets
-Allocate sales targets within the region and drive sales growth with Account Executive and frontline sales
team
-Business Analysis, Identify and react to business opportunities and challenges to maximize selling
opportunities in the region
-Ensure resources allocated are maximized and budget respected
-Contributes to improving sell out, providing regular feedback to Retail teams
BA Management
-Recruit, manage and develop Counter Managers and Beauty Advisers
-Oversee BA population. Monitor BA turn-over rate
POS training
-Develops beauty adviser knowledge and competencies in one-to-one using coaching approaches
-Supports new BAs in the onboarding phase
-Animates a community of BA to foster learning
-Impersonates and transmits the values of the brand and service attitude
-Stays up to date with competition knowledge (products, learning methods, services, innovations)
-Masters POS system, system affinity, and experience
QUALIFICATIONS
-Education: University graduate
-Years of experience: 5-7 years of professional experience
-Experience/ Attitude:
-At least 3 years of experience in sales or retail management at cosmetic & luxury brands.
-Ability to motivate and persuade people
-Leadership and team management
-Confident, enthusiastic, and positive
-Mature and assertive
-Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
-Other Skills: Proficient with Excel, PPT
