Content Strategy Team is a central organization of RIDI's overall IP business(webnovel/webcomic/OSMU). Along with management of IP portfolio, we constantly seek IP expansion opportunities globally. Our team covers a variety of work within IP's lifecycle; from acquisition of original IPs to revitalization of IP in different formats(film/TV series/etc).

Job Description

Content Strategy Manager/Associate's role will lead decision making of RIDI's global IP business based on market/trend research and inside data ananlysis. Also, he/she will be supporting RIDI's IP expansion toward OSMU playing IP-control-tower and seeking for external partnership. We are looking for a global talent who enjoy challenges on new business, is comfortable with data analytics/business insights and preferably is a content (novel/webcomic/film/etc) user.

 

Responsibilities

  • Overall management on RIDI's global IP
  • Finding implication for IP creation/sourcing through data analysis
  • Due diligence on global IP business expansion opportunities based on internal/external research

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of work experience
  • preferably in strategy function or content industry
  • Native English speaker or fluent in English
  • capable of business communication
  • Analytical mindset to lead analysis and make decisions drawn from data-based insights

  • Have experience of leading a task/research and making impact to the firm
  • Passionate about webcomics or webnovels
  • Cultural understanding based on oversea experience in U.S. or Canada
