¢¹ ´ã´ç¾÷¹« 1.Internal duties -Supports Sales Manager in all administrative tasks and in the preparation of internal reports, contracts, presentations and guidelines, including correspondences (e-mail, letters, facsimile) in English and local languages -Provides and coordinates administrative sales assistance (meeting organization and etc.) -Organizes, prepares, and documents all agreements pertaining to sales and agency matters (NDAs/MOUs/LOI) for the Sales Office up-on request Maintains and updates relevant information via database access (CRM, SAP)
2.Customer-related duties -Prepares and coordinates customer visits, workshops, meetings, and exhibitions upon request -Prepares offers and suggestions for customers and ensures proper and timely execution of orders -Assists and supports Sales colleagues in Sales Office in fulfilling their duties
3.Order review and registration -Review customers orders on their completeness and accuracy -Clarifies inconsistencies directly with the customer -Performs price calculations and discusses them with supervisor for trade sales -Forward customer orders to the production sites
4.Order processing and complaints -Review order confirmations, reviews delivery notes and monitors delivery dates -Stays in touch with customer and supplier regarding delivery status of orders and reports expected delays immediately -Review invoices and forward the shipping docs to the customer -Handles customer complaints regarding logistical or commercial mistakes -Payment monitoring
5.Sales and customer requests -Responds to customer requests regarding products, date of delivery and quantities -Requests quotes for allocated area of responsibility and sends them to the customer after consultation with responsible sales manager and follows-up on a regular basis -Acquires new order
6 Trade Sales -Cost of sales calculation (Transport cost, customer broker service fee, importation charge and etc.) for Trade sales -Warehouse Korea Management for Trade sales: Regular visit to Warehouse Korea and check condition of the goods and warehouse & regular meeting with Warehouse staff -Refilling Warehouse: Monitor stock-in transit from the production plans to Warehouse Korea (vessel arrive tracking and etc.) & Monitoring importation processes for trade sales -Order Processing *Receive PO / Delivery request to Warehouse Korea (dispatch to customer from WH or pick up by the customer) *Issuing transaction details (daily) or deposit referral (for advanced payment) *Check receipt of payment *Prepare Quotation upon the request of the sales manager *Update & maintain stock ledger (excel file) *SAP Transaction: Stock review, refilling order, create invoice *Credit limit monitoring

-Min. 2 years experience as administrative assistant in a technical environment sales and marketing - Experience of Customer Relationship Management, SAP and CRM application - Ability to work in an intercultural environment within cross nation and functional teams - Fluent English skills
