- 번역/현지화기업 등에서 게임 관련 서류 번역 및 감수 담당자로 근무 경험이 있는 자

TransPerfect is looking for an experienced freelance Gaming Translator (Korean into English)

In order to meet the translation needs of our international clients, we are currently looking to expand our database of freelance linguists who translates:

From Korean into English in the following field/specialization:
• Gaming

Job Description
In this job, you will collaborate with our Project Managers to work and complete translation projects for the above mentioned subject matters.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
• Must be English Native Speaker
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.
• Passionate gamers, specialized in Gaming field translation and with playing experience.
• Acute attention to detail, spelling and grammar.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations, especially under tight deadlines.

Candidates MUST also have any ONE of the following:
• A Degree in Translation, Linguistics, or Language Studies or an equivalent degree that includes significant translation training, from a recognized institution of higher education;
• 2 years of translation experience and a college degree;
• 5 years of translation experience and no college degree; or
• A certificate of competence in translation awarded by an appropriate government body.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
• Applicants will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement and complete a Translation, and a Proofreading test respectively.
