[주요 업무]

Logistics tasks (50%)
- Order & Invoice registration into DFS’ ERP system and offer sheet handling
- OTB balance update and check to ensure smooth shipment reception
- Troubleshoots the shipment mistake and discrepancy

Sales Report (10%)
- Daily sales – BBK report / Paris report
- Weekly sales – HB sales by line

Administration (20%)
- Store & Office Expense
- Store & Office stationary request (name tag, business card..)
- Store information update (telephone, e-mail address, etc.)

Commission (5%)
- BBK Offer commission list update(monthly)

Dior POS / ERP update (10%)
- Retail price update
- Inventory adjustment (store transfer / buyback)

Additional responsibilities (5%)
- Sales meeting preparation

Job Requirements

-학사 학위 이상 보유하신 분
-커뮤니케이션이 원활하신 분
-MS Office 잘 다루시는 분
-영어 익숙하신 분
