3. 담당업무 :   HQ CSR / Sustainability

    * Compliance

        - Prepare and support Compliance/Security audits for factories

        - Activate/Renew/Deactivate factories by following Buyer processes and control registration

        - Monitor and manage Compliance system of each factory through different methods

        - Conduct Regular Internal Assessment as an auditor

        - Train local CSR team/Korean management/Sub-cons regularly on CSR topics

        - Establish Manuals of Compliance/Local law standards

        - Communicate with Buyers/3rd party directly for Compliance issues and follow-up

        - Monitor and manage sustainability project of each factory

    * Sustainability

        - Gathering data on environmental factors such as pollution levels, greenhouse gas emissions, and water quality

        - Developing plans to reduce the organization’s carbon footprint through energy efficient program, recycling programs, and use of alternative energy sources

        - Developing and implementing educational programs about environmental issues, such as climate change or biodiversity loss

        - Developing and implementing programs that reduce waste from the organization’s operations, including recycling programs, composting initiatives

        - Conducting audits of company compliance with industry standards for environmental protection

        - Developing plans for the use of renewable energy sources, such as wind farms or solar panels

        - Monitoring the organization’s compliance with environmental laws and regulations

4. 자격요건 :

        - CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) 관련 경력 3년 ~ 10년

        Fluent English & Good Communication Skills with Buyers/local teams - Mandatory

        - High-level Comprehension & Logical Thinking - Mandatory

        - Experience in local HR/Compliance – Preferred
