Key Responsibilities
Ensure sustainable, competitive business advantage through leadership and excellence in Environment, Health and Safety.
Provide professional and specialist advice and support to the organization to ensure the business remains legally compliant as a minimum. In so doing to identify relevant legislation, Corporate EHS expectations, and other stakeholder requirements and to understand forthcoming legislation, and ensure implications for the business are understood and acted upon.
Maintain and develop the EHS Management Systems and associated activities such as LSR, Driving Safety, etc
Advise and assist with the assessment of risk and its control to avoid or minimize the loss in existing and proposed processes.
Support projects to ensure EHS considerations are identified and addressed.
Lead, contribute, and support incident investigations to ensure appropriate actions and learnings are in place.
Identify best practices and opportunities for improvement in corporate EHS policy required, standards, targets, and objectives. To develop and ensure procedures to meet EHS responsibilities.
Monitor EHS performance and trends and develop solutions to continuously improve performance.
Keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization
Lead a health officer as an EHS leader with oversight and performance monitoring in order to achieve the governance framework from review and escalation.
With the certified license of the National Safety Manager, fulfill statutory requirements such as Serious Accident Publishment Act. and Occupational Safety & Health Act.
Ensure fulfillment of GA tasks such as management of the corporate car, employee¡¯s car insurance, corporate insurance, etc.
5+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry or similar environments such as pharma industries
Bachelor¡¯s degree in Environmental Engineering(ȯ°æ°øÇÐ), Industrial Hygiene(»ê¾÷À§»ý) or Industrial health(»ê¾÷º¸°Ç), or other industrial health or hygiene-related discipline
