Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a key role in the delivery of CBRE’s mission to attract and recruit the best talent. The TA Manager is responsible for providing a high-quality recruitment support to Hiring Managers, championing the CBRE brand and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional candidate experience.

The incumbent will be involved in both strategic and operational project work, and partner with the business including 360 degree recruitment across the Advisory business lines.


Key Responsibilities:


Partners with the Korea People Lead to develop the Talent Acquisition strategy for our Advisory business, linking it to the overall business strategy.
Develops and implements appropriate, best practice recruiting/sourcing strategies, quality standards and processes to support hiring and business needs.
360 degree recruitment including taking job briefs, developing sourcing strategies and posting job advertisements, undertaking internal/external searches (database, google x-ray, Boolean, LinkedIn, Manager Network, etc), telephone screening, shortlisting, interview organization, face to face interviewing when required, reference checking and managing the offer process.
Provides timely and effective end-to-end recruitment service to all businesses whilst engaging key stakeholder throughout the recruitment journey.
Maintains knowledge of local employment requirements such as visas and sponsorship process.
Proactively reviews and assesses talent, making recommendation to the business.

Utilizes data to assist the Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process to make informed and fact-based decisions.
Partners with the key sponsors of the recruitment and retention program ensuring the framework is maintained and reporting dashboards are delivered.
Proactively drives Graduate/Intern recruitment initiatives, including but not limited to job fairs and campus recruitment events.
Works with the Korea Country People team and MarComms to ensure the EVP is established, communicated and leveraged both internally and externally to attract the best talent.
Undertake general operations management including management of the Employee Referral Program, Recruitment Agency Preferred Supplier Agreements, relationships with external providers, compliance requirements etc.
Engage with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels across the business and train/coach/support Hiring Managers to ensure best practice recruitment and solid hiring decisions.
Undertake administrative tasks related to TA, such as business card/access card application and ensuring the procurement of onboarding material
Draft and reviews company-wide announcement, mainly in the form of joiner/leaver announcements and quarterly TA segment announcement.
Proactively engages in localization and implementation of regional/global TA initiatives.
Project work – maintenance of current projects and initiation of new requirements to progress the TA function and deliver to an ever-changing business landscape.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Knowledge & Skills:


Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
Experience working within a fast paced, deadline driven corporate environment.
An experienced and competent Recruiter with direct sourcing experience, either in an agency side or in-house.
Advanced communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and Korean.
Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a calm approach under pressure.
Superior stakeholder management skills in working with a variety of individuals and teams across the business.
Ability to effectively present information and influence others.
