- Marketing division - Product Manager
Key Operational Responsibilities
- Achieve brand market share and annual target by developing and implementing marketing strategy
- Developing marketing plan and ensure the execution incl. lifecycle management
- Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget, conduct product training for related personals and produce promotional materials
- Timely monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and sales results to achieve finance target
- Support the sales force by product training and providing promotional materials
- Analysis of market research data, current market conditions and competitor information to develop and implement marketing plans.
- Work with and manage cross-functional teams and manage external agencies, regargding research, media planning, relative production, etc., of ATL and BTL
- KOL management and fully support a various academic events
- Understand healthcare compliance and regulations and make sure all marketing activities are compliant to the updated regulations
