- 프로덕션 프로젝트 매니징 경험자
- 브로드캐스팅 , 온라인 , 소셜 , 영상 콘텐츠 제작 등 해당 경력 5년 이상 
- 디지털 대행사 , 웹 에이전시 해당경력자
- 기본 OA 활용 능숙자 (엑셀, 파워포인트, 워드 등)
- 영어 소통 가능자 (중상급 이상)
- 4년제 학사 이상
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 자.

우대사항:

- 영미권 대학교 or 대학원 졸업자 선호
- 동종업 해외법인 근무 경험자

- 유럽 , 동유럽 , 서유럽 등 해외법인 , 해외 근무 유경험자 

The role:
Looking for a proven senior film / content producer to work across all our HQ (Seoul) based productions and be responsible for all its output. 
The role will involve day to day management of our Korean clients from scoping projects to putting a full production team together and delivery of final films.
You will work closely with the HoP to ensure we have the best talent available to meet the diverse and dynamic nature of briefs 
This is a client facing role within an agency environment requiring effective communication, management, and organizational skills. Being calm under pressure is a must.
 
Skills, Experience and Approach:
5+ year’s experience production company and the ability to demonstrate these projects ( preferably in an agency environment )
Proven experience dealing with clients on a day to day and growth perspective
Production experience within a fast-paced creative environment with an extensive track record of successful delivery across budgets of all sizes
Be able to prioritise effectively across a number of fast paced dynamic projects, managing time and resources according to each productions needs 
Good working knowledge of production and post production processes, techniques and technology
Experience of working within an agency environment.
First class knowledge of content production including broadcast, online and social  formats
Knowledge of post-production techniques, software and workflows 

Responsibilities:
Go to client contact for all production jobs
Grow and maintain strong relationships with HQ clients. Sharing recent work and holding “show and tell” sessions in order to drive new opportunities 
Daily management of these production jobs which includes post production studio as well as all shoot productions
Overall responsibility for shoot productions ensuring each has the right team and best talent to raise the creative bar whilst ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Robust financial management and tracking of all projects in the studio, with timely and accurate communication of all relevant project information to key stakeholders including budget updates and changes whilst seeking to maintain profit margins

Own and develop the processes across the studio to develop best practice ways of working with a view to maximising efficiency whist maintaining quality
