- A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in client technology support, computer system, storage, network, or cloud administration - 2 to 3+ years of experience in technical support or system administration, supporting internal or external clients within enterprise corporate environments - 2+ with AWS or a similar cloud infrastructure - A basic understanding of data center servers, storage and networking technologies, microservice architecture, and software development life cycle is a plus - Experience with Docker, Terraform, and Kubernetes is a plus - Good command of English |
