[L'oreal Korea] Quality & Transportation Specialist - Corporate Operation, Distribution Center


1. Transportation Specialist
Manage daily shippings in order to guarantee the customer service continuity and quality while optimizing operational costs in 
compliance with the Group policy

-Participate with the Transport Manager to budgets and trends 
-Specify Business Units needs in a "cahier des charges" and have it validated 
-Implement the transport plan by ensuring the daily shipping management
-Organize and implement daily planning of the carriers 
-Carry out all the administrative tasks related to transport
-Regulatory transport documents 
-Follow-up of transport regulations (legislation, dangerous goods, etc.) 
-Check of payments and validation of transport costs 
-Deliveries follow-up and recording
-Update key indicators and build a dashboard of the transport activities 
(costs, deliveries, carriers, packs/pallet, headcounts, etc...) 
-Maintain close relationships with carriers for the daily operations in the objective of a logistical performance optimization
-According to the organization, optimize the loading efficiency 
(trucks filling, respect of departure times, check of the loading integrity)
-Guarantee the implementation and respect of the quality, safety and environmental norms according to the Group policy 
-Lead expertise re. the conformity of "cahier des charges" on the shop-floor at the place of the carriers


2. Quality Specialist
Deliver to clients their orders in compliance with the Service Level Agreement defined by the subsidiaries and according to the Group best practices. Optimise the cost to serve (costs, deadline, quality) and ensure the management of related logistic activities (Co-packing, etc...) in order to ensure clients satisfaction. 

-According to the rules defined by the Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the subsidiaries/clients and the distribution 
Delivery Center, participate with the DOP and the Supply Chain Director of his/her Divisions to the definition of operating rules 
(quality, deadlines, transfer of information etc...) 
-Define the budgets and operating costs and size the needed resources to achieve the objectives
-Steer the EHS policy with the QSHE of the site and ensure that objectives of the Delivery Center are met, especially concerning safety, quality and environment 
-Optimize physical logistics means and administrative flows in order to improve performance and ensure the stock reliability 
(stock-taking)
-According to the organization, participate to the definition of new strategies regarding distribution and optimization of the 
Physical Distribution with the sales departments, the clients and the Customer Care
-Build and animate tools and performance indicators of the Delivery Center
-Be responsible for the compliance of the Delivery Center with the local legislation enforced and with the Group rules. Animate 
relations with Social Partners
-Recruit, develop and manage his/her team. Ensure the transfer of competencies and know-how and implement organizational changes


[Qualification & Preferred]
-University graduate
-3~7 years
-Physical distribution center experience or cosmetic industry experience preferred 
-Intermediate and above English writing and speaking
-Sufficient communication skills with relevant departments. 
-Analysis and problem-solving skills.
