GM&T, the Global Business Unit New Energies is responsible for the design and the production of clean energy solutions, focusing on hydrogen infrastructure (H2 stations for cars, buses or public transportation; testing apparatus) and biogas (biogas purification units). The development of hydrogen and of biomethane as clean energy carriers are identified as promising emerging markets for the Group, with a focus on energy and mobility applications through fuel cell electric vehicles (passenger cars, material handling vehicles, public transportation) and CNG/LNG cars.
Korea is one of the key pioneering countries for the deployment of those technologies and Air Liquide GM&T Korea is currently executing Projects of H2 refueling station (HRS) for passenger cars and buses and plans to further expand for the design and construction of HRS projects. Contract values are typically in the range 1.5 to 6 million EUR per project, requiring lean and agile project execution capabilities. The markets are moving very quickly with request of bigger capacity HRS, liquid hydrogen supply to the station
- Proposal development phase: Price estimation of the product focussing on supplier contacts:
- Build a cost sheet tool based on global proposal team template
- Collect standard price from suppliers, past project, update
- Captalize the global specfications updated
- Drive a strong and effective capitalization:
- Contact global team for follow improvement of products, updated specification, updated supplier choice
- Support the development of innovative solutions:
- Communication with local suppliers for the development of technical solutions and for obtaining budgetary quotations
- Write and update components datasheet and technical specification for main equipments
- Technical clarification with Vendors/Subcontractors and technical bid evaluation
- Follow-up of Vendor's design documentation submission and internal reviews
- Build specification with the product team members for none standard request
- Create and update the Engineering Drawings such as PFDs, Layout, PIDs, etc.
- Support Business Developers to build competitive proposals and actively update the cost sheet
- Ancticipate installation and start-up support and support Project Execution Team
- Support the project execution Team with regards to Vendor's documnetation and manufacturing follow-up
- Follow up projects execussion, price change, technical change
Requirements
- Education Level: Bachelor
- Discipline/Major: Mechanical / Chemical Engineering / Instrumentation Control/ Physics
- Years of Working Experience: More than 3 years to 5 years
- Foreign Language(s): Fluent English
We are looking for someone who has;
- Basic Design / Detailed design in Gas / Chemical engineering industry / machine-building industry for small / mid-sized projects
- Procurment field experience Facility design / operation
- International environment (Vendors / peers)
- Process Safety knowledge: can read and apply Risk assesment, HAZOP, ARA
- Preparation of RFQ for equipment/material purchase
- Technical and commercial clarification with equipment suppliers
- Ability to lead technical meetings with Customers and explain advantages of the solution
- Experience/skills in electrical / Instrumentation control is a plus
- Experience on site during construction / commissioning is a plus - Experience/skills in cryogenic is a plus
