About the role
As Sr. Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategies with evidence-based market analysis to drive the business. You will generate and use market and customer insights to develop and implement marketing tactics to achieve the sales and gross profit budgets, will work closely together with the Account Managers, Technical Specialists, Great Asia Marketing team on pre-fillable syringes product-related activities, and will assist with budgeting and forecasting. You will ensure the successful execution of innovative and customer-centric marketing strategies which deliver tangible differentiation and value creation for pre-fillable syringes in Korea market. You will report to the Marketing Manager in Korea PS.
Main responsibilities will include:
- You identify macro trends, analyze the market and competitive data and consolidate findings to prioritize market opportunities and support the marketing strategy development.
- You develop and execute marketing strategies & tactics that support business growth objectives in the short to medium term, and actively support the long-term range planning.
- You apply customer expertise and deep knowledge of selling processes to develop value propositions that resonate with customers¡¯ needs & create tactics with a critical view on return on investment.
- You collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders from the supply chain to financials, regulatory department, and global/regional marketing.
- You are a strong partner in financial budgeting and forecasting for your product portfolio.
- You support the sales force in terms of optimal tactical deployment of strategies.
- You facilitate the overall communication of information about the market, products, and related marketing activities to the team.
- You dedicate time and interaction with key customers.
Position requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of business experience including +5 years in marketing, preferably in pharmaceuticals, or healthcare industry
- Strong analytical skills, with technical marketing acumen
- Action-oriented with a drive for results and a strong customer focus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with omnichannel marketing and a track record of integrating digital(preferred)
- Master¡¯s degree in marketing, business, or related fields(preferred)
