▣ Position: HR & Admin Executive



▣ Responsibilities
HR:
□ Post hiring work for new joiners
□ Coordinate payroll project for Korea office
□ Calculate and proceed regular payroll, commissions & severance pay (DC Pension).
□ Calculate and update annual leave balance for all employees.
□ Maintain HR system up to date.
□ Assist yearly Performance Development Dialog & Talent Review Process.
□ Perform benefits administration.
□ Conduct new employee orientations.
□ Maintain HR department records and reports.
□ Oversee HR process align with Korean Labor Laws.

Office & Admin:
□ Manages office security system
□ Manages office equipment rental, managing fixed assets and office equipment repair
□ Supports refreshments, pantry supplies and general office supplies
□ Arranges travel bookings for employees and travel vendors, air tickets
□ Arranges meetings schedules, agendas with internal parties and visitors
□ Provides IT support schedule arrangements and mobile subscriptions
□ Provide support on visa and other travel documents for employees and visitors

▣ Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Korean Labor laws
- 3 – 5 years of HR related experiences
- Strong PC Skills in MS Office, knowledge of Oracle software
- Excellent communication oral and written skills
- Ability to speak and write in local language and high proficiency level of English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong, accurate data entry skills
- Good organizational skills with excellent follow-through
