¢Ã Position: HR & Admin Executive



¢Ã Responsibilities
HR:
¡à Post hiring work for new joiners
¡à Coordinate payroll project for Korea office
¡à Calculate and proceed regular payroll, commissions & severance pay (DC Pension).
¡à Calculate and update annual leave balance for all employees.
¡à Maintain HR system up to date.
¡à Assist yearly Performance Development Dialog & Talent Review Process.
¡à Perform benefits administration.
¡à Conduct new employee orientations.
¡à Maintain HR department records and reports.
¡à Oversee HR process align with Korean Labor Laws.

Office & Admin:
¡à Manages office security system
¡à Manages office equipment rental, managing fixed assets and office equipment repair
¡à Supports refreshments, pantry supplies and general office supplies
¡à Arranges travel bookings for employees and travel vendors, air tickets
¡à Arranges meetings schedules, agendas with internal parties and visitors
¡à Provides IT support schedule arrangements and mobile subscriptions
¡à Provide support on visa and other travel documents for employees and visitors

¢Ã Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Korean Labor laws
- 3 – 5 years of HR related experiences
- Strong PC Skills in MS Office, knowledge of Oracle software
- Excellent communication oral and written skills
- Ability to speak and write in local language and high proficiency level of English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong, accurate data entry skills
- Good organizational skills with excellent follow-through
