Job Description


- 온라인 판매 프로세스 중 상품정보와 고객주문 이후 업무 담당


- 고객주문 건에 대한 발주 지시 및 모니터링(Shoplinker, OMS 등 관련 시스템 사용)


- 출고/inventory 관리: inhouse 물류 부문과의 소통 및 자사몰 관리 시스템 사용을 통한 fulfilment 운영 


- 외주 콜센터 운영을 통한CS관리

Requirement


- 학사 이상

- e-commerce 관련업무(온라인 back office 운영) 경험자 (최소 6개월 이상)

- 내부 유관부서 및 외부 파트너사와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 스킬 보유



Preferred 


- 동종 패션업 및 국내/글로벌 브랜드 회사 근무 경험

- 온라인 fulfilment, 상품정보관리 혹은 관련 시스템 운영 경험 및 지식

- 영어 커뮤니케이션 중급
