Job Description Summary

The candidate will provide scientific programs including workshops, tutorials and seminars for Clinical Flow Cytometry customers. Ultimate objective is to support revenue growth and customer satisfactions through effective promotional activities, application setup & training support.

Job Description

1. Provide approved BD clinical product information and related services to clinical customers rapidly and inform them about the usage and advantage.

• Clinical Flow cytometry training

• Clinical Flow cytometry experiment set up and analysis
• Acquire product knowledge in order to promote products effectively and efficiently.

2. Establish close relationship with valuable customers in clinical fields.

3. Support achievement of financial target for Cell Analysis (ICS, Cytopeia & PMG) products.

4. Keep communicating with BD Biosciences WW & Region for proper customer support.

5. Submit all required reports on time.

6. Other works and projects assigned by the manager.
