MISSION STATEMENT

- Drive online sales to achieve and exceed sales growth target as a No.1 store in LVK
- Build healthy and stable online sales align with zone and central direction
- Manage eRetail team with right support and coaching on day to day tasks, project with commerciality

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• People management
  - Lead team to have full of commerciality and wining spirit in mature and positive way
  - Lead team to develop not only eCom skill set but also competency
  - Provide right coaching on day to day task and project
• Online business management
  - Lead online sales strategy by developing annual plans align with local, zone and central team
  - Forecast quarterly and monthly sales and drive initiatives to deliver online sales growth
  - Review and analysis trading results including consumer behaviour and seasonal analysis to continuously improve overall sales growth
  - Yearly Sales Budget and KPI (weekly, monthly, yearly) management and Team OPEX management
• eStore management
  - Website excellence: conversional traffic, product launch & display, promotion planning, UI&UX and check out enhancement
  - eCom frontend management through strong collaboration with Zone and Central stakeholders
• Relationship management
  - Strong Collaboration with cross functional teams in local, zone and central
• Project management
  - eRetail project ‘ locally driven’ or ‘central driven’  with central team

프로필

KEY REQUIREMENT

- Business fluency in both Korean and English

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in management position of FMCG or luxury eCommerce with preference of retail experience

- Full understanding on eCom business and system business logic ‘E2E process’
