2. Market Research for the better partnership program (10%)

¡¤        Understand current trends and customer preferences

¡¤        Customer insights on what would yield desired results

¡¤        Input to support the annual refresh process

 

3. Partnership program development (30%)

¡¤        Select which partners to target and approach

¡¤        Planning the approach strategy and commercial structure

¡¤        Make the business proposal to partner (Commercial, CX, Legal, IT) and agreement with partners

¡¤        Finalize commercials & legal document, and CX journey

¡¤        Launch plan & implementation

 

4. Ongoing management of partnership program (40%)

¡¤        Ongoing performance reporting & partner dashboard

¡¤        Regular partner meetings

¡¤        Drive common business objectives actively

 

5. Governance monitoring and management for related parties/partners on service operation (10%)

¡¤        Service governance monitoring and management

¡¤        Management on partnership contract to meet up internal control standards and procedures

l  University graduate or above

l  Minimum 5 years of experience in business development

l  Partnership business or Marketing in Insurance company experience

l  Partnership related operation support experience

l  On/offline promotion planning and operation according to issue & season

l  Data analysis and report on promotion result

l  Business English communication capability

l  Fact or hypothesis-based thinking capability

l  Creative planning and problem-solving capability

l  Skills sets on process improvement / execution and realization/communication on partnership development/negotiation
