[L'oreal Korea] Kiehl's - Marketing- Product Manager


[JOB SUMMARY] 
Orchestrate new product launches and push the growth of key pillar products to win in the skincare market with experience of brand through holistic marketing communication. The scope includes planning new launch product campaigns strategically, 
initiating marketing programs and execution, reporting market trends, and sales analysis. 


[CORE WORK ACTIVITIES] 
1. Product Lifecycle and Forecast Management
-Responsible on forecast new/existing product forecast and inventory management of saleable products, testers, and samples
-Manage healthy KPI with successful product management through forecast accurately new products 
and existing products and follow-up shipment & stock management
-Product management to achieve brand business objectives
-Ensure product sales forecast accuracy. 
-Analyze data on product segments/categories to make recommendations on brand strategy

2 New launch and Campaign
-Plan, Manage and integrate campaigns with related teams including budget, concept, message, key strategy and leverage 
action plan to roll out throughout touchpoint of consumers
-Develop product marketing strategy and 360¡Æ marketing program (Product concept/ Promotion/ Event/ GWP) 
-Develop marketing collaterals including DM/leaflet to deliver product key communications. 
-Manage all aspects of local development regarding campaign
-Analyze regular campaign result on key pillar product and share with related team.
-Analyze and report on skincare market trend and competitor¡¯s activity 

3. Others
-Work effectively with other departments (Supply chain, retail, communications, and merchandizing) to achieve the marketing 
objective 
-Manage sample and tester budget
-Good understanding of channel dynamics (Dept. store, Boutique, open sell, e-Retail, eD2C owned mall, NAVER shopping, and KAKAO gift shop)


[QUALIFICATIONS]
-Education: University graduate
-Years of experience: +3-5 years in professional marketing 
      -Experience in the luxe cosmetic industry 
-Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
-Other Skills: Proficient with Excel and PPT are must, SAP is a plus
