[Job Summary]
Mainly responsible for the following general in-house legal affairs.
-Ensure the company’s activities comply with local laws and internal regulations
-Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and other legal documents
-Conduct legal research and advise on various legal issues
-Provide legal training to various divisions and functions of the company
-Support in identifying and addressing legal issues in a pragmatic mindset
[Qualification & Preferred]
-University graduate
-Korean Lawyer Qualification required
-1~3 years of work experience in the legal profession
-Major in law
-Solid experience with general corporate
-Post-qualification on legal experience in a law firm or in-house
(Multi-international in-house or major law firm experience preferred)
-Prior work experience in handling the retail matter is an asset
-Flexible on background, experience in the cosmetic or e-com industry preferred
-The ability to analyze and manage projects and related risks
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate comfortably at all levels with Divisions, Regions, and Group
-A sense of balance between strong compliance and business-friendly mindsets
-Cross-cultural interaction
-Proficient with MS Office applications
-Fluent in both Korean and English
