To define and create the countries¡¯ retail design & merchandising strategy in order to implement the brand image and identity in stores, to reinforce brand visibility, in line with international guidelines.
-Develop strategy VM design and implement marketing promotion and new product launching locally & globally
-Plan and innovation new merchandising tools to close to the field needs and trends
-Understand retail business by channels and apply different VM strategies
-Undertake the conception, development & follow-up of flagship stores previously defined within the zones
-Quality control for Acrylic, VM material, etc
-Develop VM guidelines via close communication with the Commercial team
-Be close to the field needs and trends
-Ensure follow-up of the budget

-Education: University graduate
-Years of experience: 3-8 years
-Experience
-Extensive experience over 3-8years in related field
-Prefer to experience opening a flagship store
-Language: Fluent in English and Korean
-Other Skills: Superior computer skills including design and visual merchandising tools (illustration, Photoshop, Rhino)
