•manage the growth strategy for D2C/B2C E-commerce portal
•management of E-commerce site operations including, but not limited to content updates, promotion execution, and product updates and launches.
•management, optimization, and reporting of the main brand site
•manage the customer database and reporting.
•Develop and execute e-mail marketing strategy including identifying which platform to use, how to segment and grow the database, and how/when to engage each segment
•Working closely with internal teams to ensure email marketing campaigns are optimized to increase engagement metrics
•Test and learn multiple digital marketing tactics that lead to a handful of efficient tactics we support with additional budget
•Create and track major digital metrics and KPI’s, building reports to give cross functional and senior management visibility into digital performance and regularly share insights and optimizations

학력사항: 대학교(4년)졸업 이상
기타: •over 8 years of related experience
•Candidates should be proficient in a wide variety of digital marketing tools, with competencies including,
but not limited to: Google Analytics & Reporting, A/B testing & Optimization, Email Marketing, SEO, and Content Strategy.
•experience in E-commerce, with a thorough understanding of web best practices, etiquette and metrics
•relevant E-commerce platform management and digital marketing experience
•years of email marketing or relevant experience
•Strong knowledge of website analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
•Strong sense of accountability, self-drive, and the ability to function independently
•Proven ability to drive growth and market share in a competitive industry / category
•Proven ability to lead a high performing team
•Has a global mindset, is detailed and execution oriented
