Job Description

  • Partner with the HQ L&D Dept to assess current learning and development regional needs through, but not limited to, surveys, interviews, office and store visits

    -    Evaluate both organizational and individual learning and development needs within the assigned geographical areas

    -    Collect training needs to meet specific local needs and to implement corporate initiatives

    -    Define the training offering by taking care of the design and preparation of the learning material directly or through suppliers

    -    Propose and prepare Regional L&D programs, activities and material

    - Design solutions, both in-house and with expert third parties, which includes a blended approach to learning (coaching, classroom training, 1:1 sessions, action learning, etc.)

    -    Ensure that the  design of training initiatives is consistent and relevant with company needs and expectations

    -    Design  and  create  training  manuals,  online  learning  modules,  and  course materials 

    -    Develop modules of behavioral trainings and apply them though classroom or online format 


Job Requirements


  • Knowledge and Skills

    −        Bachelor¡¯s  degree  or  Master  degree  in  relevant  field  of  study,  preferably  in Psychology, Adult Learning Education or Management of Human Resources

    −        Additional certification is a plus

    −        Strong background in learning and development with at least 10 years of relevant training experience, including training delivery and facilitation 

    −        Strong ability to demonstrate influence and champion for change

    −        Continuous improvement mindset with the agility to shift priorities as the needs of the business evolve 

    −        Strong capabilities of Project management gained in complex organization

    −        Significant experience in creating, delivering and driving development strategies and plan

    −        Excellent organizational skills

    −        Solid communication and presentation abilities

    −        Digital mindset 

    −        Fluent in English and market language; other language is a plus
