¢Ã Position: Finance Controller (ÀϺ» ±Ù¹«)


¢Ã Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely financial and management analysis and explanations to support business decision-making.
- Plan, coordinate, and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing deadlines.
- Review all accounting entries to ensure that financial information is maintained in accordance with relevant accounting policies and guidelines.
- Payables and accounts receivables processes/systems rolls.
- Critically review and analyze Company Plan proposals relating to the factory. Coordinate and organize planning activities and consolidation of overall budgets for presentation.
- Evaluate financial performance of the company operation against plans, arrange preparation of monthly accounts and related schedules, and provide financial information, analysis, and advice to the operation and Finance Management to add value to decision-making and initiate corrective actions.
- Ensure corporate governance requirements are compliant to maintain and enhance the reputation.
- Manage appraisal of the internal and external environment for changes in policies, regulations, events, and factors that are potentially relevant to the business and advise management on the course of action as appropriate.
- External audit process and ensure smooth coordination between external auditors and management.
- Provide continuous performance coaching to accounting staff to develop them to meet the company¡¯s requirements and also to achieve their individual development plan.
- Maintain diligence to ensure 100% compliance with company policies.
- Leading local teams, developing the people, and improving retention of talent through formal and informal coaching and knowledge sharing to make them become long-term employees.



¢Ã Requirements
- High level of interpersonal skills and compliance.
- Japan GAAP/IFRS knowledge and Corporate tax returns filing
- Knowledge / Understanding of key elements of company business and overall business activities.
- interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and innovative ideas.
- People leadership skills to create an environment where staff is given the opportunities to demonstrate their full potential.
- Practical knowledge of modern auditing and accounting practices and techniques.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking that enables value addition
- Good sense of financial risk and control
- Should have the ability and the right attitude as a member of the local management team.
