[담당업무]

1. 글로벌 프로젝트에 대한 제조 프로세스 수립 및 검증/자격을 위한 엔지니어링/기술 지원 관리

2. 글로벌 팀과 기능 간 협업 (Issaquah, Slovakia, SSME)

3. 신규 프로젝트(NPI) 진행 및 고객 선적 준비 지원

4. 지속적인 품질취급 및 기술지원 활동(NCR, 고객불만) 및 공급업체의 엔지니어링 변경(공급업체 요청 및 고시) 관리

5. 협력, 인정, 성과, 목표 및 성취로 팀 이끎

1. Manage engineering/technical support for set up the manufacturing process and validation/qualification for global projects

2. Cross functional collaboration with global teams (Issaquah, Slovakia, SSME)

3. Support excusion of the new projects(NPI) and readiness to the customer

4. Manage the sustaining quality handling and technical support activities (NCR, Customer complaint) & engineering change with suppliers (Request from supplier & Notification)

5. Leading the team with collaboration, recognition, performance, target and accomplishments

[자격요건]

1. 전기전자공학, 기게공학, 의공학 혹은 이공계열 학사 학위 이상 소지자

(Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical or any engineering/science degree)

2. 6시그마 혹은 유사(애자일, 린 등) 자격증 우대

(Six sigma Black belt or similar (Agile, Lean, etc) certification preferred)

[우대요건]

1. 7-10+ years of the SCM engineering area experiences – medical devices are preferred

2. Experience of the global projects/program highly required

3. Ability to manage the status, scheduling, critical path, technical risks for execution and mitigation with the cross functional team

4. Proven people leadership experiences to inspire team members

5. Strong communication ability in English

6. Experiences of working on ISO, FDA, or other global regulatory
