Senior process enablement project manager (KR)

Your Role:
Will function as internal business process / system consultant / business lead for the functional areas that they support. In this capacity the person will partner with the Global Process Owners, Key Users and IT to continually standardize, harmonize, and improve IT tools, master data design, and business process design.
May serve in dual role as Global Process Owner for I2O functional area.
May be asked to serve as Workstream Lead on large ERP projects.
Will work closely with GPO, Key Users, and IT to execute ERP projects or IT enhancements.
Accountable for ensuring that test scenarios (Integration, UAT and regression tests) are defined as needed to support initiatives such as system evaluations, ERP implementations, system upgrades, mergers, divestitures as required
Responsible for developing, delivering, and implementing comprehensive training curriculum’s and supporting materials for the business processes / functional areas that they support.
Conduct needs assessment(s) / survey across the Electronics business to determine specific system enhancements, training needs within the areas of responsibility.
Who you are:
Ideally hold a college degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or applicable technical degree.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with Global teams.
International meeting facilitation skills, with fluency in English. Additional languages are not required but are beneficial.
At least 8-10 years or more SAP system and project management experience specialized in SD/MM functional areas
Strong technical skills with good understanding of end-to-end business processes and integration points in SAP or other systems that they support.
Proven track record of leading system/process improvement projects.
Experience and background in chemical/material industry would be a plus.
