Description

Vehicle Supply & Quality Engineer takes care of the vehicles related matters at Beam. If you are a hands on person, this is one of the most challenging and rewarding roles at Beam! You will work closely with vendors, internal teams such as engineering, supply chain, operations and other departments to architect and improve vehicle performance & safety reliability, from telematics, battery, motor control systems, mechanical systems and smart sensor technology.

  • Be the technical and operational leader in the team that owns all our hardware platforms end-to-end, from concept, to first bring-up and all the way to production, market release and maintenance.
  • Stay on top of technological trends and make sure Beam’s tech is at the cutting-edge of UX, safety reliability and smart sensor technology
  • Work closely with suppliers and tech partners in designing our future products
  • Be creative and drive new ideas regarding architecture, tools and products
  • Lead the integration, production and delivery of our IoT products - assuring and compliance to target market regulations
  • Discuss and lay out project specifications
  • Establish way of working (policies, procedures, and standards)

Requirements

  • Experience of 3+ years in Mechanical/ Electronics/ Mechantronic Engineering
  • Experience in Product life cycle management and Production
  • Excellent communicator with comfort presenting insights and working closely with many collaborators
  • Technical and hands on personnel
  • Chinese speaking (Added advantage)
