[KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES] 1.Marketing planning & implementation - Lead strategic development & market planning for brand - Take ownership of specific brand performance measures - Perform development project base such as secondary market research, data analysis etc. - Conduct a variety of administration function such as medical legal mark-ups, material development, clinical study utilization & field force communication, all essential to the day-to-day operation of the brand 2.Key customer management - Regular visit to target physicians - Provide physicians with updated highly scientific information on product & disease - Shape physicians' view on the disease and establish need for product 3.Scientific program support - Develop key speakers to become strong advocates for the product & therapeutic class - Lead scientific initiative to build clinical evidence and implement medical programs - Search & provide updated articles on the product and develop key message - Deliver MR product training |
[Qualifications] +7 sales & marketing experience (TA - Respiratory preferred) - Pharmacist, Bioscience specialty preferred - High level of communication skills - Result orientation (ability to deliver on time and within budget) - Proven project management skill (in the planning and implementation of promotional programs) - Pro-activity and willingness to initiative - Ability to foster and manage productive biz relationship with external stakeholders - Collaboration and teamwork - Ability to communicate with Partner company in English |
