¢Ã Position : E-Commerce Marketing Specialist


¢Ã Responsibilities
- Lead performance marketing and UI/UX by leveraging data analytics and insights to deliver results for eRetail business
- Set SEM KPI and track the report on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis in order to identify opportunities for improvement to facilitate conversion and action
- Derive actionable insights from marketing and product data and take prompt actions in optimization by fully utilizing analytics solutions: Media report, Google Analytics, Datastudio, Salesforce etc.
- Manage and be responsible for channel performance of Naver, Kakao, Daum network campaigns and Naver brand mall
- Create and launch a variety of paid media efforts (SEM, PPC, Paid Social) by analyzing purchase funnels and products
- Become our in-house subject matter expert on all performance marketing questions
- Plan and manage eCom marketing budget


¢Ã Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of related working experience
- Bachelor¡¯s Degree or Higher
- Excellent in verbal and written communication in both Korean and English is preferred
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
- Relationship management specially for agency and partners
- Communication skill with internal and external stakeholders
