[Job Description]
• Route development manager Intra-APAC
• Responsible for volume growth in APAC trade lanes (Air & Ocean)
• Coordinate with Field Sales and Key Account Managers to secure new wins
• Define and implement actions to generate sales leads and increase pipeline
• Coordinate with Product Manager Air & Ocean to set up promotional rates
• Organize monthly calls with oversea counterparts on the key trade lanes
• Travel once a year to key partner countries to promote Korea trade lane
• Conduct regular market research to find new target customers and commodities

[자격 요건]
• Have an excellent command of English and Korean
• Mandarine or Japanese language skills are a plus
• Excellent command of MS Office
• Strong communication and customer focus skills
• Analytical interpretation and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated team player
• Experience in freight forwarding or shipping industry preferred
