Responsibilities: ¤ýServe as primary finance contact to project managers to work through contract queries, ongoing financial management, client queries and analysis of financial health of a portfolio of projects. This includes: ¤ýProvide Project Managers with client related financial support where required. ¤ýSupport revenue recognition and unit recognition for each project for invoicing purposes. ¤ýProduce client financial reporting & attend client finance meetings where required. ¤ýParticipate in Operations Team meetings as required for project finance updates. ¤ýSupport PM and PF teams with all project finance activities (including site and vendors) ¤ýInitiate project finance closes out activities and support final budget reconciliation by responsible PM to Client, Sites and Third-Party Vendors. ¤ýEnsure compliance with any contracted project finance requirements for completed projects. ¤ýDrive process improvements and efficiency across the Project Finance function. ¤ýParticipate in Business Development (BD) handovers as appropriate. ¤ýOversee the Start work/Project load process where required. ¤ýAssist with providing financial contractual support where required. ¤ýProtect organization¡¯s value by keeping information confidential.
