Responsibilities:
¤ýServe as primary finance contact to project managers to work through contract queries, ongoing financial  management, client queries and analysis of financial health of a portfolio of projects. This includes:
     ¤ýProvide Project Managers with client related financial support where required.
     ¤ýSupport revenue recognition and unit recognition for each project for invoicing purposes.
     ¤ýProduce client financial reporting & attend client finance meetings where required.
¤ýParticipate in Operations Team meetings as required for project finance updates.
¤ýSupport PM and PF teams with all project finance activities (including site and vendors)
¤ýInitiate project finance closes out activities and support final budget reconciliation by responsible PM to Client, Sites and Third-Party Vendors.
¤ýEnsure compliance with any contracted project finance requirements for completed projects.
¤ýDrive process improvements and efficiency across the Project Finance function.
¤ýParticipate in Business Development (BD) handovers as appropriate.
¤ýOversee the Start work/Project load process where required.
¤ýAssist with providing financial contractual support where required.
¤ýProtect organization¡¯s value by keeping information confidential.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
¤ýCandidate must be a pro-active initiative-taker with a dynamic and resilient nature working in a fast- paced, challenging environment.
¤ýMust have experience in dealing with & resolving client financial queries.
¤ýMust have analytical & critical thinking skills.
¤ýExcellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
¤ýSolid Financial aptitude.
¤ýKeen eye for process and quality improvement.¤ýStrong communication and organizational skills with business acumen.
¤ýAbility to convey financial messages to non-financial stakeholders and provide insights and training to support operational teams with managing the financial health of their projects
¤ýProminent level of proficiency in using Microsoft Office and IT applications typical for administrative / business support roles.¤ýFinancial Force experience desirable.
¤ýCRO experience desirable
¤ýFinance degree/diploma or equivalent.
¤ýMinimum of 3-5 years¡¯ experience in a similar position, preferably in CRO, Consultancy and/or Service business.
