We¡¯re now looking for the Regional Commercial Transformation Leader who will lead our product portfolio strategy and business development on the domestic market of South Korea and will be a part of Power Product Commercial Transformation team of EAJ, NAM, and Europe. The regional commercial transformation leader is responsible for understanding the business needs and identifying how to best understand/adapt and deploy actions to accelerate the transformation.

           

What will you be responsible for?

Being responsible for creating and aligning global and local product development & business strategy accross several business units including localization and brand-labeling activities
Acting as the primary business interface advocate and decision maker for product marketing strategy and execution
Being responsible for the marketing analysis and offer benchmarking across different geographies
Developing the segment penetration and go-to-market strategy including the Building segment in Korea
Team leading and managing in order to improve the effectiveness of core marketing processes
Driving channel growth, offer penetration and saturation with all applicable Schneider Electric offer portfolio
Maximizing the potential of offer saturation in the assigned segments\channels\geographies

Qualifications

What will help you to be successful?

10 years of relevant experience in product marketing\sales\business development function which includes one or more of the following areas:
Conducting research to define targeted customer segments and determine the key values that drive buying behavior
Developing product\brand positioning, associated marketing themes, and media channels that align with target customer demographics
Product\brand management\P&L\Revenue accountability
Identifying market opportunities, translating opportunities into product design, and driving branding\marketing strategies that result in a successful product\brand launch
Managing the product\brand P&L eg. Budgeting expenditure, profitability, ROI, etc
Partnering with product development and marketing teams to ensure that customer needs\values are incorporated into product design, branding, and marketing approaches
Advanced level of English
