The CSA Commercial Manager will be responsible for the leadership and coordination of all aspects of the ITO phase from proposal management to contract negotiation and closure including proposal development, risk management and mitigation strategy, specification compliance, scope development, pricing, contract structure, negotiation and issue resolution for MYA contractual agreement to which he/she is assigned.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform initial risk evaluation and determine feasibility and bid compliance concerns
- Conduct formal R1 where required
- Provide full proposal leadership from initial enquiry to deal closure and handover (track key dates and proposal submission deadlines)
- Help technical scope and pricing development
- Coordinate with various internal teams in completing the proposal – sales, finance, execution, risk, legal, engineering, etc.
- Ensure Risk Checklist & DOA, Policy 5.0 (R Process) are followed and correctly reviewed & completed for all proposals.
- Propose and help formal R2 to obtain pricing/deviation approvals where required (regional and HQ)
- Generate final proposal with approved deviations/language as required
- Lead or assistant the contract negotiation phase including manage documentation, customer¡¯s request and co-ordinate with internal team for contract drafting and resolution for contract closing
- Participate in the customer meetings for bid clarification; contract terms and conditions finalization ensuring maximum GE¡¯s profit and favorable contract terms.
- Send order acknowledgements, obtain contract signatures and ensure internal order booking is completed on-time
- Conduct formal R3 review to identify and handover execution requirements/documents
- Continuously identify and refine the proposal processes with special emphasis on Lean opportunities for improvement and waste reduction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor¡¯s degree from an accredited university or college
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales and/ or Proposal, Tendering, Sales help in the Power Generation and/ or Oil & Gas industry
- Strong knowledge and experience in drafting complex contracts and its negotiation, commercial, operations, and/or risk management
- Strategic mindset, knowing business financials
- Strong business acumen and presentation skills
- Willingness and ability to travel, as needed, for customer and deal enablement
Desired Characteristics
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred
- Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
- Prior commercial sales experience in closing large and complex agreements is preferred
- Prior experience in Long-term Maintenance Contract negotiation and drafting with customer is preferred
- Expertise in MYA modeling tools and accounting practice is preferred.
- Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to reply quickly
- Strong coordination and influencing skills
- Knowledge of customer financial drivers / needs
- Able to provide financial analysis and contract risk profile
- Strong oral and written communication skills
